Who can order

Our wholesale lots are sold to buyers with an account: retailers, repair shops, resellers and other businesses. An account (email sign-in) is required to place an order.

Full cases only

Every lot is sold by the full case in the case size shown on the product page. We do not split cases. Availability is limited to stock on hand; if a lot sells out before your order is confirmed, we will contact you.

Pricing and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices shown are per case and include our wholesale markup. 13% Ontario HST is added to the entire order, including delivery charges. Delivery is charged per case at the rate shown at checkout; pickup is free where separately arranged; our Etobicoke business address is not a pickup location. Prices and stock can change without notice until your order is placed.

Payment

Orders are paid in full by credit card at checkout through Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds, at which point stock is reserved for you.

Delivery and pickup

Shipping orders require a complete Canadian shipping address and a contact phone number. For pickup orders, confirm the separate collection details before travelling. There is no customer pickup at 23 Westmore Drive, Unit 5B, Etobicoke. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Condition and suitability

Unless a lot page states otherwise, products are supplied as packaged by the supplier; packaged lots are not individually inspected or tested before sale. Product photos may show manufacturer reference images rather than the actual lot where the page says so. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm model numbers, compatibility and quantities before ordering.

Independent reseller

Wholesale Electronics is an independent wholesaler of HOCO-brand and other products. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by HOCO or any manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties may not apply; warranty status is stated on each lot page where known.
