What we collect

To open an account and place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and — when you choose delivery — your shipping address. We also keep a record of the orders you place, including the lots, quantities, delivery method and amounts.

Why we collect it

Your contact details are used to process and fulfill your order, contact you about your order, keep your customer record, and show your order history in your account. Your email address is also used to sign you in. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and providing it at checkout is for order fulfillment, not marketing consent.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy and security terms.

Storage and access

Customer and order records are stored securely and are accessible only to you through your account and to Wholesale Electronics staff for order fulfillment. You can request a copy of your information or its deletion by contacting us from the email on your account.

Cookies and sign-in

We use browser storage and essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep your cart between visits. We do not use advertising trackers.
